Chianti is the wine everybody knows in the US
for its quality but Chianti is also a beautiful region of Tuscany.
One of our English speaking driver guides will be waiting for you at your ship's gangway at about 8 AM with the luxury vehicle of your choice to begin our trip towards the beautiful countryside of the Chianti region. We will drive towards Florence between vineyards and olive trees, we'll reach San Casciano.
Once in Chianti Classico we will stop in a famous winery where we can taste many different wines like Chianti Classico, Reserve, and IGT Supertuscan.
Afterwords we can drive to San Donato in Poggio, a nice medieval hamlet. Here you will find an typical restaurant where you have a traditional tuscan menu.
Depending on the schedule, you may also get a chance to visit San Gimignano, Monteriggioni castle. But this is always best to discuss with us, so contact our office and we will be pleased to answer your question.
