This shore excursion will lead you to Lucca where you will meet Samuele the chef.
Pick up in the morning from the port and through the beautiful countryside of Tuscany, reach after about half an hour the town of Lucca, sorrounded from the famous city walls. You will walk to the local vegetable market to buy what you are going to prepare later. In an equipped kitchen of a characteristic restaurant, guided by a skilled cook you will be taught how to prepare a full typical Tuscan menu in about two hour and half time. The course is followed by lunch where prepared dishes will be served accompanied by matching wines. After the lunch your personal driver will take you to the famouse leaning tower of Pisa. Return back to Livorno port after lunch.

- 8.30 a.m. - Departure from Livorno Port.
- 9.00 a.m. - Stop in Lucca at the restaurant where the cooking lesson take place
- 9.30 a.m. - Walk to fruit and vegetable market.
- 11.00 a.m. - You will start to cook: fresh pasta and condiments, meat and dessert.
- 01.00 p.m. - Lunch altogether with the prepared dishes.
- 02.00 p.m. - Leaving to Pisa to visit the famous leaning tower..
- 04.00 p.m. - Return back to Livorno Port.
