Take a walk with our expert guide and learn about Tuscany’s symbol,
the olive tree. History, legends and tradition combine to make this a
memorable journey during which you will hear the story of this ancient
plant and learn about its life-enhancing properties and culinary importance.
As I always say, “Words alone cannot describe it – you have
to taste it” so your journey will end with a light lunch during
which you will be invited to taste and compare two different olive oils.
This tour will only be possible to join in November when the olive harvest in Tuscany takes place.
