I have designed this program for all those people
that love italian "Pizza" and want to spend a day in a
gorgeous Tuscan countryside. The area is South of Florence and the
tour will include a quick stop in a medieval hamlet of Chianti.
You will meet Giovanni who is a native chef of Naples. He will welcome
you in its kitchen furnished with an acient wood oven and you will
have your hands-on cooking classe. You will be invited to make your
own pizza and you will see how Giovanni bakes the bread and pizza
in his wood-fired oven. You will make your own dough and create
your pizzas.
Seated in the shade of the panoramic terrace
drinking good wine you will
then be able to enjoy the fruits of your labours in perfect surroundings.
After lunch we could vist a close winery to enjoy the famous Chianti wine and extra virgine olive oil.
This is the program
- 09.00 a.m. - Departure from Livorno port.
- 10.30 a.m. - Arrival at Giovanni Pizza laboratory.
- 11.00 p.m. - 2 hours in Giovanni laboratory learning all the pizza and bread secrets.
- 01.30 p.m. - Lunch with your own pizzas and specialties.
- 03.00 p.m. - Visit a medieval hamlet and a close winery.
- 03.30 p.m. - Come back to Livorno Port.
