SERVICES
- Prices include transportation in non-smoking, air-conditioned
sedans, minibuses, mid size buses or coaches. Based on the itinerary chosen
and the group size, the tours are operated with driver guides, tour leaders
or licensed guides.
PRICES:
Prices are shown in Euro and are subject to change until confirmed. Prices
include toll fees, gas and parking. Prices do not include entrance fees
to sights, meals or optional tips. Stops for meals are included in your
tour time.
PAYMENT
- A credit card (Visa or MasterCard ONLY) is required to confirm
your reservation, with payment processed approximately 21 days before
your tour. We suggest that you notify your credit card company of the
upcoming transaction to avoid a "decline notification." If your
card is declined we reserve the right to cancel your tour. We are not
responsible for cancelled tours due to non-payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY OR NO SHOW:
All tours require a guarantee -
. Cancellations up to 7 days before the date are subject to a Euro 20 per person as administration fee.
. Cancellations until 24 hrs before the tour (from 7 to 1 days before) are charged 50% of the full amount.
. After this last day, the penalty will be equal to the entire value of the tourist package.
. We charge in full for no shows.
