SERVICES
- Prices include transportation in non-smoking, air-conditioned
sedans, minibuses, mid size buses or coaches. Based on the itinerary chosen
and the group size, the tours are operated with driver guides, tour leaders
or licensed guides.
PRICES:
Prices are shown in Euro and are subject to change until confirmed. Prices
include toll fees, gas and parking. Prices do not include entrance fees
to sights, meals or optional tips. Stops for meals are included in your
tour time.
PAYMENT
- A credit card (Visa or MasterCard ONLY) is required to confirm
your reservation, with payment processed approximately 21 days before
your tour. We suggest that you notify your credit card company of the
upcoming transaction to avoid a "decline notification." If your
card is declined we reserve the right to cancel your tour. We are not
responsible for cancelled tours due to non-payment.
CANCEL OR NO SHOW:
Cancellations up to 7 days before the date are subject to a Euro 20 per
person as administration fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of the date are charged 80% of the full amount.
We charge in full for no shows.

The tour is 25% non refundable once it is confirmed. Cancellations or no shows (regardless of reason) within 21 days of the tour are 100% non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation within 7 days you will be responsible to contact the local guides in Italy.
